Hello, my name is Lizbeth. Some of my favorite things are being a Folklorico dancer, working out, going on fun adventures or being outdoors in nature and drawing/painting.

I enjoy working at Frost Fit because I get to see and interact with different amazing people everyday that come in to use the services we provide. My favorite service would definitely have tp be our hydration pod.
